Description
1、 Product Introduction
FR603Z is a low halogen new environmentally friendly flame retardant suitable for polyethylene flame retardancy, mainly used for PE blown film, drawing, and foaming. The effective substance is a reactive N, Br, P composite flame retardant. Low addition amount, it can almost meet the halogen-free requirements in modified PE products (below 2000ppm according to IEC 61249-2-21 requirements), widely used in blown film, drawing, and foaming of PE products.

1. Low addition amount, used in PE products, the addition amount is only 3-12%, which can achieve UL94 V-2 (self extinguishing from fire ≤ 3s);
2. No need to add antimony trioxide, extremely low smoke emission, and no harm to human body or equipment;
3. No precipitation, with minimal impact on the overall performance of the product;
4. Due to its extremely low addition amount, it is possible to increase the filling in a timely manner to reduce costs.

1. It is not recommended to use it together with octabromoether flame retardants, as it may cause the product to turn gray and dark, affecting its appearance;
2. It is not recommended to use PE wax, stearic acid lubricating and dispersing agent systems, and EBS is recommended;
3. Calcium carbonate cannot be used for filling, and 0-20% talc powder, precipitated barium sulfate, etc. can be used for filling;

25kg/bag, paper plastic composite+polyethylene plastic lined bag, transported as a general chemical. Store tightly in a dry and cool place.
